Frozen Dog Digs reservation and stay texts.

What we send

When SMS is enabled, this program will cover transactional and informational messages only, for example:

• Answers to a call, email, or (once live) a text you started
• Reservation confirmation, change, or reminder
• Check-in or pre-arrival details
• A question we need answered to complete your booking

We do not use this program for mass advertising blasts. If that ever changes, we will ask for a separate opt-in and update this page first.

How you opt in

Until SMS is live on a Frozen Dog Digs number, we will not send reservation texts. When the program is on, you opt in only if you do one of these:

• Give us a mobile number when you inquire or book and agree to receive reservation texts, or
• Reply YES to a confirmation text we send after you asked us to text you.

We will not ask you to text 208-365-7372 until this page states that number is text-enabled. Consent is not required to stay at the Digs. You can book by phone or email instead.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most guests receive a few messages around one booking. We do not send a fixed number of marketing texts per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those rates are between you and your wireless carrier. Frozen Dog Digs does not charge a separate fee for SMS.

Opt out and help

• Until SMS is live: email inquiry@frozendogdigs.com or call 208-365-7372 and ask us to stop texts. We will confirm by email or phone.
• When SMS is live on 208-365-7372: text STOP to that number to leave the program. You will receive one confirmation. After that we will not text that number for this program unless you opt in again.
• For help now: email inquiry@frozendogdigs.com or call 208-365-7372. When SMS is live, you may also text HELP to the text-enabled number listed on this page.

Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless providers. Carrier liability for delayed or undelivered messages is not accepted.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent mobile numbers.
• We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
• We do not text numbers we bought on a list.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and message content are used only to run this program and your reservation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
